Royalty Check Information
Our royalty checks are mailed on the 20th of each month unless it falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case they are mailed the following first business day. If you have not received your royalty check within 10 business days of the mailing date, please contact us at the email address listed above.
Direct Deposit
Direct deposit is not available at this time. You will be notified by mail when it is available.
Production of Oil & Gas Wells
For Oil/Gas monthly production numbers please go to the Texas Railroad Commission website at: www.rrc.state.tx.us. Due to time restraints we cannot provide this information to our royalty owners.

Ownership Changes
All changes must be submitted in writing and mailed to:

• All Payees are required to provide SSN (social security number) or Tax ID number; otherwise Federal Law requires us to withhold
• All documents effecting changes in ownership MUST BE filed of record in the county where the property is located.
Individual Change
- Name Change
- Marriage Certificate, divorce decree or other recorded legal documentation evidencing the change
- Sale of an Ownership Interest
- Legal Instrument documenting the sale, filed in the county in which the property is located
- Change Due to Divorce
- Complete Divorce Decree including Settlement Agreement or recorded legal instrument documenting the conveyance, filed in the county in which the property is located
Trust/Partnership Changes
- Ownership Change
- Trust or Partnership Agreement and the recorded document conveying the interest in property to the Trust/Partnership
- Distribution Change
- Dissolution of Trust or Partnership, if applicable, and recorded conveyances to the beneficiaries

- Trust Agreement and Instrument appointing successor Trustee
